  • 3-4 nos banana(netrapazham)

  • 1-2 tbsp roasted rice flour

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1 nos grated coconut,half

  • 3 tbsp sugar

  • 1 pinch salt


  • Steam banana well and allow to cool
  • Then take the black part from the middle portion
  • Then make paste of 2 banana
  • In a bowl add grated coconut ,cardamom ,salt and sugar ,mix well
  • Then add banana pieces and mix
  • In the mashed banana add roasted rice flour and sugar
  • mix well
  • Now wet ur hand and make a ball of mashed banana
  • Now spread in ur palm and place one tsp of the filling in the middle
  • Now close that with the help of little water and make a ball
  • Do the same with the rest
  • Steam these balls for 10 minutes in high flame
  • Remove from the flame and allow to cool for 5 minutes
  • Then serve hot or cold
  • So yummy pazham kozhukkatta is ready to eat
