Soak everything for 20 minutes except coconut and turmeric powder
Soak kakkum kaya for 7-8 hours
Wash everything well
Grind fennel seeds ,mustard seeds, cumin seeds ,Chadu kuppa ,coconut,turmeric powder and kakkum kaya by adding water to fine paste
Soak and wash the rice and cook by adding water for one whistle in medium heat
When the rice is cooked well add the ground paste and mix well
