  • 1/4 kgs kanthari chilli

  • 1 cups white vinegar

  • 1 cups water(boiled d cooled

  • 2 tsp salt


  • Wash well and drain the chillies
  • Wipe with a kitchen tissue
  • In a glass bottle add 1 cup of white vinegar and 1 cup of water
  • Add salt and mix well
  • To that add chillies and close the bottle and keep in a dry place
  • U can use after one month
  • Check the salt and adjust according to ur preference
