1/4 kgs kanthari chilli
1 cups white vinegar
1 cups water(boiled d cooled
2 tsp salt
Directions
Wash well and drain the chillies
Wipe with a kitchen tissue
In a glass bottle add 1 cup of white vinegar and 1 cup of water
Add salt and mix well
To that add chillies and close the bottle and keep in a dry place
U can use after one month
Check the salt and adjust according to ur preference
