Serves 4

  • all purpose flour 2 cups

  • powdered sugar 1 cups

  • melted ghee 4 tbsp

  • baking powder 1/25 tsp

    In a bowl take all purpose flour, sugar, ghee, baking powder and knead a soft dough.

    Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes.

    Roll out the dough in 1 inch thickness and cut with the help of cookie cutter.

    Heat oil in a pan and gently fry the donuts till nice golden brown from both the sides.

    Take out on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.

  • 06

    Once they are cooled down dip the donuts in chocolate sauce and sprinkle powdered sugar from top.
