Break bread into crumbs by hand,you can use a mixer also
add ghee and milk powder
mix well
add milk step by step and make a smooth dogh
keep it aside
now we can make sugar syrup
for that add water to a pan and add sugar to it
boil this for 5mins
split cardamom and add to the sugar syrup
add rose water also
make small balls from the dough
pinch a small amount of dough
flatten and place an almond,roll this into the shape of ball
fry the jamuns in a simmer flame
drop this into sugar syrup and boil for 5mins
switch off the flame,keep it aside for 30 minutes
