De seed jack fruit
Take a deep bottomed kadai and add jack fruit
To this add water and cook by closing the kadai
Stir occasionally
When the jack fruit is cooke well allow it to cool down
Then make paste by adding small amount in a blender by adding water
Now switch on the flame and again add this puree to the kadai
To that add melted jaggery add 4 glass of water in 1 1/2 kg
Now add ghee and mix well
Cook in medium flame until u get a thick consistency
Check the taste and u can add more jaggery d ghee if u need
When the halwa consistency reaches switch off the flame and allow to cool
So the tasty healthy jack fruit halwa is ready to serve
