Ingredients

  • Grated coconut 4 nos

Directions

    Take coconut milk from 4 grated coconut by adding 5 glass of water

  • 02

    Take this coconut milk a bowl and close and keep in fridge for 24 hours,not in the freezer

    After 24 hours take out the milk from the fridge

  • 04

    By that time there will a thick layer in the top

  • 05

    Take out that from that and transfer to a kadai

  • 06

    Strain rest of the water and transfer that also to the kadai

  • 07

    Now heat this in medium flame and melt,stir continuously

  • 08

    After 10-15 minutes u can see the oil coming out from the coconut milk

  • 09

    So when it become golden shade switch off the flame and allow to cool

  • 10

    Then strain through a strainer and after that strain through a nice cloth

    Then u will get clear coconut oil

  • 12

    Keep this coconut in a clean bottle and use

    SO the easy authentic urukku velichenna is ready to use
