Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups sabudana


  • 3 nos banana


  • 1 1/2 litre milk


  • 10 tbsp sugar


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 cups water


  • 2 nos cardamom


  • 2 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • Cut add some sugar and roast again
  • Then transfer to a bowl and keep aside
  • Boil water and add sabudana and cook well
  • When cooked well strain and keep aside with 1/2 cup of cooked water
  • Now boil milk along with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water
  • Add cardamom and sugar and boil until the water gets evaporates
  • Now add roasted banana and boil well for 5-10 minutes
  • Then add cooked sabudana and mix well
  • Boil for few more minutes,Then add salt
  • Remove the cardamom
  • Check the taste,adjust the sugar,I added tulsi and chethi flower
  • So the tasty banana paal payasam is ready to serve
