Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Sabudana 1/2 cups

  • Banana 3 nos

  • Milk 1 1/2 litre

  • Sugar 10 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Water 2 cups

  • Cardamom 2 nos

  • Ghee 2 tbsp

Directions

    Cut add some sugar and roast again

  • 02

    Then transfer to a bowl and keep aside

  • 03

    Boil water and add sabudana and cook well

  • 04

    When cooked well strain and keep aside with 1/2 cup of cooked water

    Now boil milk along with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water

    Add cardamom and sugar and boil until the water gets evaporates

  • 07

    Now add roasted banana and boil well for 5-10 minutes

    Then add cooked sabudana and mix well

    Boil for few more minutes,Then add salt

    Remove the cardamom

  • 11

    Check the taste,adjust the sugar,I added tulsi and chethi flower

    So the tasty banana paal payasam is ready to serve
