Marinate the mango pieces with turmeric powder chilli powder vinegar and salt
Keep aside for 20 minutes
In a kadai add shallots ginger green chilli chilli powders turmeric powders coriander powders curry leaves salt and coconut oil
Mix thoroughly with hand
In to that add coconut milk 2 glass and 1/2 glass of water,Boil for 10 minutes
Then add marinated mango pieces,close and cook
Then add 1 tbsp of vinegar and sprinkle some fennel seed powder and cinnamon powder, check the taste
Sprinkle some sugar and mix
Finally season with shallots and curry leaves
So the tasty mango curry is ready to serve,Excellent with rice
