Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cups onion(finely chopped)


  • 1 cups potato(diced)


  • 1 cups carrot(grated)


  • 1 cups cabbage(finely chopped)


  • 1/4 cups green peas(cooked)


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 5 nos garlic


  • 5-6 nos coriander leave


  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tbsp garam masala


  • 1/4 tbsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp samosa pastry

Directions

  • HEAT 2TBSP OF OIL IN A PAN
  • ADD GARLIC AND GREEN CHILLIES
  • SAUTE WELLNOW ADD IN ONIONS AND SAUTE UNTIL THEY ARE TRANSPARENT
  • ADD ALL THE OTHER VEGETABLES AND SPICES
  • MAKE A PASTE COMBINING 1TBSP OF MAIDA/ALL PURPOSE FLOUR AND WATER
  • FOLD THE SAMOSA SHEET INTO A SHAPE OF A CONE AND FILL 1TBSP OF FILLING IN IT
  • ROLL THE SHEET AND SEAL IT WITH THE MAIDA PASTE
  • HEAT OIL IN A PAN AND FRY THE SAMOSAS
  • ENJOY THIS WITH HOT TEA
