  • 200 ml whipping cream


  • 200 ml condensed milk


  • 2 tbsp vanilla essence

Directions

  • FREEZE THE WHIPPING REAM FOR ABOUT 8HRS
  • POUR THE CREAM TO A PRE COOLED BOWL AND WHIP THIS FOR 5-6MINS UNTIL SOFT PEAK FORM
  • ADD IN VANILLA ESSENCE AND MIX THIS FOR ANOTHER 3MINS
  • ADD CONDENSED MILK AND COMBINE EVERYTHING TOGETHER USING A SPATULA OR A SPOON
  • TRANSFER THIS TO A CONTAINER AND COVER IT UP WITH A PLASTIC FILM OR AN ALUMINIUM FOIL
  • KEEP THIS IN FREEZER OVERNIGHT
  • TASTY AND DELICIOUS HOMEMADE EGGLESS VANILLA ICE CREAM IS READY TO BE SERVED
