  • TENDER COCONUT WATER 1 litre

  • TENDER COCONUT FLESH 1 cups

  • SUGAR 4 tbsp

  • GELATIN/CHINAGRAS 1/4 cups

Directions

    SOAK 4 TBSP OF GELATIN IN A BOWL WITH SOME COCONUT WATER

  • 02

    KEEP IT FOR ATLEAST 10 MINS

  • 03

    HEAT A PAN AND ADD IN SOME WATERADD THE SOAKED GELATIN

  • 04

    ADD IN SUGAR

  • 05

    POUR COCONUT WATER INTO IT WHEN THE GELATIN IS MIXED COMPLETELY

  • 06

    REMOVE FROM THE FLAME

  • 07

    POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A SERVING DISH DECORATE WITH CHOPPED COCONUT FLESH

  • 08

    REFRIGERATE FOR ATLEAST FOUR HOURS
