Ingredients

  • 1 litre tender coconut water


  • 1 cups tender coconut flesh


  • 4 tbsp sugar


  • 1/4 cups gelatin/chinagras

Directions

  • SOAK 4 TBSP OF GELATIN IN A BOWL WITH SOME COCONUT WATER
  • KEEP IT FOR ATLEAST 10 MINS
  • HEAT A PAN AND ADD IN SOME WATERADD THE SOAKED GELATIN
  • ADD IN SUGAR
  • POUR COCONUT WATER INTO IT WHEN THE GELATIN IS MIXED COMPLETELY
  • REMOVE FROM THE FLAME
  • POUR THE MIXTURE INTO A SERVING DISH DECORATE WITH CHOPPED COCONUT FLESH
  • REFRIGERATE FOR ATLEAST FOUR HOURS
  • ENJOY
