Ingredients

  • Roasted Rice flour 1 cups

  • Boiled water 3/4 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Grated Coconut 1/2 cups

  • Banana Leaf 4 piece

Directions

    Boil water with salt

    In a bowl add rice powder and add boiled water and mix well

    Then knead well and close for 10 minutes

    Then take banana leaf or parchment paper

    Take small ball and keep in the center of the leaf

    Spread evenly in the leaf

    Then fill some fresh coconut tender coconut is more tastier Then close the leaf

    Heat tawa and place the ada and cook both sides 5 minutes each in medium flame

    So the yummy and easy authentic poovada is ready to serve
