  • 1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder


  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tbsp rice flour


  • 5-6 tbsp coconut oil


  • 2 sprig curry leaves


  • 5-10 nos corriender leaves


  • 4 nos green chilles


  • 5-6 nos garlic


  • 1 nos ginger


  • 2 nos lemon

Directions

  • TAKE A MIXINGJAR
  • ADD RICE FLOURGREEN CHILLIESGARLICGINGERCURRY LEAVESCORRIENDER LEAVES
  • BLEND IT WELL BY ADDING A LITTLE WATER
  • TRANSFER THE MIX INTO A BOWL ADD CHILLI POWDERTURMERIC POWDERSALTLEMON JUICE AND MIX WELLNOW MARINATE THE FISH USING THIS
  • KEEP IT FOR ATLEAST 20 TO 30 MINS
  • HEAT OIL IN A PAN
  • ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES TO AVOID THE FISH FROM STICKING INTO THE BOTTOM
  • ADD THE FISH AND COOK UNTIL IT BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN
