1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp rice flour
5-6 tbsp coconut oil
2 sprig curry leaves
5-10 nos corriender leaves
4 nos green chilles
5-6 nos garlic
1 nos ginger
2 nos lemon

TAKE A MIXINGJAR
ADD RICE FLOURGREEN CHILLIESGARLICGINGERCURRY LEAVESCORRIENDER LEAVES
BLEND IT WELL BY ADDING A LITTLE WATER
TRANSFER THE MIX INTO A BOWL ADD CHILLI POWDERTURMERIC POWDERSALTLEMON JUICE AND MIX WELLNOW MARINATE THE FISH USING THIS
KEEP IT FOR ATLEAST 20 TO 30 MINS
HEAT OIL IN A PAN
ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES TO AVOID THE FISH FROM STICKING INTO THE BOTTOM
ADD THE FISH AND COOK UNTIL IT BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN
