  • 2 nos for chocolate cake :egg

  • 100 gms maida/all purpose flour

  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1/2 tsp coffee powder

  • 1/2 tsp vinegar

  • 60 ml for chocolate ganache: cream

  • 100 gms chocolate


  • In a bowl beat 2eggs using an electric beater
  • gradually add sugar to itbeat well until a creamy texture forms
  • keep it aside and sift maida/all purpose flourcocoa powdercoffee powder
  • add this dry ingredients to the egg mixture
  • beat this for 30seconds
  • now take baking soda in a bowl and add vinegar to it
  • mix well and add this batter to the cake mix
  • take a cooker and remove the weightnow grease it with some ghee
  • add cake batter to cooker and close it
  • keep a lid on the stove and place the cooker above it
  • bake this for 25mins in low flame
  • chocolate ganache- heat water in a pan
  • place a bowl above it
  • add cream to it
  • when the cream becomes warm add chocolate pieces
  • melt the chocolate completely
  • chocolate ganache is ready
  • take a small portion from this and allow it to cool
  • beat this with an electric mixer and make a cream
