Soak soya chunks in hot water for 1/2 an hour
Then squeeze all the water from the chucks and again wash,do the same procedure for 2 to 3 times
Combine chilli powder ,pepper powder,soya sauce ,cornflour ,atta, salt and water together and mix well
Then marinate the chunks with this masala for min 20 minutes
Then heat oil and deep fry them
At this time heat oil in a non stick pan
Add green chilli slits ginger- garlic pieces spring onion white and pinch of salt
Saute them for one minute
Then add half portion of onion and capsicum
Saute till the onion become translucent
Now add soya sauce and tomato sauce chilli sauce vinegar and mix well
Then add 1 1/2 cup of hot water and sugar
ook for few minutes
Then add 3 tbsp of corn flour mix take 1 tbsp cornflour and add 1/4 cup of water and mix well
Cook this mix until the raw taste of the cornflour goes
Check the taste and adjust
Add the fried chunks to the sauce and mix well
Check the salt and spice
Adjust the salt and spice as u needed
Finally add rest of the onion capsicum and green chilli and spring onion
So the lovely spicy Soya manchurian is ready to be served
Serve with fried rice pulav,chapaty etc
