Ingredients

  • potato 2 nos

  • Peas 1/2 cups

  • Butter 2 tbsp

  • Big onion 2 nos

  • garlic 4 nos

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • capsicum 1/4 nos

  • kasoori methi 2 tsp

  • coriander leaves 1 sprig

  • Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Pav bhaji masalapowder 1 tbsp

  • tomato 1 nos

  • Water 3 cups

  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Directions

    Cook potato and peas together

  • 02

    Then mash well and keep aside

    In a kadai add butter and saute onion capsicum garlic and salt for few minutes

    Then add kasoori methi and coriander leaves

    When the onion mix is light brown shade then add chilli powder and pav masala and saute for few seconds

    Now add chopped tomato and cook well

    Now add cooked and mashed potato and mxi well

    Now add water and mix

    boil for 5 minutes

    Then finally add lemon juice kasoori methi coriander leaves and butter

    Check the taste and adjust

    So easy the tasty pav bhaji masala is ready to serve

    You can serve with pav bun chapathi poori batura even with bread
