Ingredients

ground chicken or turkey 1 kgs
shiitake mushrooms finely chopped 1 cups
Red Bell pepper chopped finely 1 nos
medium onion finely chopped 1/2 nos
fresh ginger 1 tbsp
cloves garlic minced 2 nos
hoisin sauce 1/4 cups
soy sauce 2 tbsp
mirin 1 tbsp
roasted cashews 1/4 cups
Green onion,sliced thinly 2 nos
Directions
1. Brown the meat & onions in a large skillet on med-high heat until 1/2 done then add mushrooms continue to cook until meat is done.
2. Stir in ginger, garlic, hoisin, mirin, & soy sauce to the meat and mix together and cook for 10-15 min.
Serve meat in flour shells topped with a vinegar Cole slaw. Top with green onions, nuts, & sirachia sauce
