1. Brown the meat & onions in a large skillet on med-high heat until 1/2 done then add mushrooms continue to cook until meat is done.
2. Stir in ginger, garlic, hoisin, mirin, & soy sauce to the meat and mix together and cook for 10-15 min.
Serve meat in flour shells topped with a vinegar Cole slaw. Top with green onions, nuts, & sirachia sauce
