Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Chopped dry coconut 1 cups

  • Green Chilies finely chopped 2 nos

  • Gram dal, roasted in oil 1/4 cups

  • Tender Coconut Water 1/2 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil to temper Chutney 1 tsp

  • Mustered Seeds 1 tsp

  • Urad Daal 1/4 tsp

  • Curry Leaves 4-5 nos

  • Kashmiri Chili 1 nos

Directions

    Take all the ingredients in the mixture and temper the chutney using ingredients mentioned in ‘To temper the chutney’, and mix it well.

    Chuteny is ready! Serve it with idli, dosa or vada with sambar to complete your meal.
