1 cups chopped dry coconut
2 nos green chilies finely chopped
1/4 cups gram dal, roasted in oil
1/2 cups tender coconut water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oil to temper chutney
1 tsp mustered seeds
1/4 tsp urad daal
4-5 nos curry leaves
1 nos kashmiri chili
Directions
Take all the ingredients in the mixture and temper the chutney using ingredients mentioned in ‘To temper the chutney’, and mix it well.
Chuteny is ready! Serve it with idli, dosa or vada with sambar to complete your meal.
