Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups chopped dry coconut


  • 2 nos green chilies finely chopped


  • 1/4 cups gram dal, roasted in oil


  • 1/2 cups tender coconut water


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp oil to temper chutney


  • 1 tsp mustered seeds


  • 1/4 tsp urad daal


  • 4-5 nos curry leaves


  • 1 nos kashmiri chili

Directions

  • Take all the ingredients in the mixture and temper the chutney using ingredients mentioned in ‘To temper the chutney’, and mix it well.
  • Chuteny is ready! Serve it with idli, dosa or vada with sambar to complete your meal.
