Chopped dry coconut 1 cups
Green Chilies finely chopped 2 nos
Gram dal, roasted in oil 1/4 cups
Tender Coconut Water 1/2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Oil to temper Chutney 1 tsp
Mustered Seeds 1 tsp
Urad Daal 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves 4-5 nos
Kashmiri Chili 1 nos
Directions
Take all the ingredients in the mixture and temper the chutney using ingredients mentioned in ‘To temper the chutney’, and mix it well.
Chuteny is ready! Serve it with idli, dosa or vada with sambar to complete your meal.
