Ingredients

  • 250 gms chicken


  • 1 cups basmati rice


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 cups flour


  • 100 gms coriander leaf


  • 1 tbsp chicken masala


  • 1 nos chicken cube


  • 1 tsp dry spices


  • 1 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • mix flour with sufficient water to make a thick marinate
  • add chilli powder salt and half of the ginger garlic pate and mix it well.
  • take a pressure cooker and pour the gee mix the spices onions and ginger garlic paste till the onions are soft
  • mix the rice and pour sufficient water close the lid put in simmer till the 1 whistle
  • open it after the pressure is gone and mix it well
  • put the chicken cubes in pre heated oil and deep fry it till it's crispy golden brown
  • sever the chicken cubes with rice, garnished with coriander leafs
