Ingredients

chicken 250 gms
basmati rice 1 cups
onion 1 nos
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
salt 2 tsp
flour 1 cups
coriander leaf 100 gms
chicken masala 1 tbsp
chicken cube 1 nos
dry spices 1 tsp
ghee 1 tbsp
Directions
mix flour with sufficient water to make a thick marinate
add chilli powder salt and half of the ginger garlic pate and mix it well.
take a pressure cooker and pour the gee mix the spices onions and ginger garlic paste till the onions are soft
mix the rice and pour sufficient water close the lid put in simmer till the 1 whistle
open it after the pressure is gone and mix it well
put the chicken cubes in pre heated oil and deep fry it till it's crispy golden brown
sever the chicken cubes with rice, garnished with coriander leafs
