  • 10 nos long green chillies

  • 1 nos lemon (crushed)

  • 1 pinch baking soda

  • 1 cups gramflour (kadalapodi)

  • 1 pinch chillypowder

  • 1 pinch turmeric powder

  • 1 pinch salt to taste

  • 300 ml oil for deep frying


  • Take lime water from crushed lemons in a bowl and add a pinch of salt in it,Keep this aside
  • Clean the chillies,Cut into half, take out the seeds inside
  • Mix together gramflour with salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and pinch of baking soda to dosa batter consistency
  • Put the chilles in it for marination for 10 mins
  • Take them out and dip them in the gramflour batter
  • Deep fry in hot oil
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce
