Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Mangoes (small sweet mangoes) 3 nos

  • Chilly powder 1 tsp

  • Blended curd 2 cups

  • Grated coconut 1 1/2 - 2 cups

  • Cumin seeds 2 pinch

  • Mustard 2 tsp

  • Fenugreek 1 pinch

  • Red chilly 3 nos

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Curry leaves 1 sprig

  • Oil 1 tsp

Directions

    Clean the mangoes, peel the skin and slice it into pieces

  • 02

    Mix the mango pieces, chill, turmeric powder, little water and salt and cook it in a vessel

  • 03

    Grind the coconut and Cumin seeds into a paste

  • 04

    Mix the paste with the cooked mangoes

  • 05

    Add the beaten curd and keep for few min

  • 06

    Make sure that the mix doesnt get boil

  • 07

    Switch off the flame and keep stirring the mix for another 1-2 minutes

  • 08

    The mix needs to be stirred for some time to make sure it does not separate out

  • 09

    Heat oil in a pan

  • 10

    Crackle mustard ,fenugreek seeds and add curry leaves pour it on the curry
