Ingredients
Serves 3
bread slices 6 nos
Curry leaves 6 nos
turmeric powder 2 pinch
oil 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
green chilli 1 nos
onion 1 nos
Carrot,finely grated 1 nos
salt 1/2 tsp
jeera 1/2 tsp
Urad dal 1/2 tsp
Directions
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard seeds
When they splutter, add cumin seeds, urad dal, green chilli and curry leaves
Saute until fragrant
Add finely sliced onion and fry till golden color
Add 2 turmeric powder and stir well for a minutes
Add grated carrot and mix well
Fry on a low heat for 3 minutes
Add bread pieces and mix all the ingredients well
Adjust salt to taste
Cover with a lid and cook on a low heat for 6 minutes
stir continuously for 2 minutes until bread pieces well mixed
