Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Dosa Batter 1 cups

  • Small onions,finely chopped 6 nos

  • Ghee / Oil as needed 1 tsp

  • Curry leaves 1 sprig

  • chopped green chillies 1-2 nos

Directions

    Just slice each onion

  • 02

    Heat a dosa pan and grease with oil / ghee

  • 03

    Pour a small laddle full of dosa batter, do not spread it,The uthapams should be thick

  • 04

    Add the chopped onions, chillies and cury leaves

  • 05

    Drizzle oil and cook in low medium flame

  • 06

    Once the bottom starts browning at the edges(corners),flip over to other side

  • 07

    Press it slightly for the onions to get roasted

  • 08

    Flip over and serve hot
