Ingredients

  • carrots 4 nos

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Coconut Oil 1 1/2 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 pinch

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425 F

    Wash carrots and peel them with a peeler

  • 03

    Cut each carrot into two inch long strips of around half inch thickness,If the strips are thin, they will burn quickly

  • 04

    Toss these strips in oil, salt and pepper

  • 05

    Arrange them in a single layer on a baking tray

  • 06

    Bake the carrots for 18-20 minutes, making sure to toss the tray after 10 minutes to avoid the carrots sticking to the pan

  • 07

    Serve immediately with tomato ketchup
