Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 5 nos nellikai(gooseberry)


  • 2 nos green chillies


  • 1 cups curd


  • 1 tbsp coconut


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/4 tsp for tempering:


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp split urad dal

Directions

  • Take nellikka and cut into small pieces and then boil it
  • temper the mustard seeds and dal in oil,keep aside
  • Mash the boiled nellikka and then grind the green chilly with coconut
  • add in the whipped curd mix well
  • mix tempered mustard and dal with the nellikai
  • Now the nellikai pachadi is ready to serve
