Ingredients

  • Nellikai(gooseberry) 5 nos

  • green chillies 2 nos

  • curd 1 cups

  • coconut 1 tbsp

  • salt 1 pinch

  • For tempering: 1/4 tsp

  • mustard seeds 1/4 tsp

  • split urad dal 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Take nellikka and cut into small pieces and then boil it

  • 02

    temper the mustard seeds and dal in oil,keep aside

  • 03

    Mash the boiled nellikka and then grind the green chilly with coconut

  • 04

    add in the whipped curd mix well

  • 05

    mix tempered mustard and dal with the nellikai

  • 06

    Now the nellikai pachadi is ready to serve
