Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Rice Rava 2 cups

  • Scraped Coconut 3/4 cups

  • Water 4 cups

  • Salt,to taste 1 pinch

  • For tempering:Coconut oil 2 tbsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1 tsp

  • Kadala Paruppu 1 tbsp

  • Ulutham Paruppu 1/2 tbsp

  • Asafoetida 1 pinch

  • Green Chillies 2 nos

  • Curry Leaves 2 sprig

Directions

  • 01

    Add chopped carrot to the batter and mix it well

  • 02

    Do the seasoning and mix it in the batter

  • 03

    Heat paniyaram mould, grease it and then pour the batter in the mould,as the paniyaram gets cooked

    Turn and cook the other side also

  • 05

    Kuzhi Paniyarams are ready
