For the dough let us mix maida,baking powder,sugar make it like a tight dough by adding required water along with beaten eggs and cardamom seeds
Make it into a tight dough,Keep it aside for 1 - 2 hours
Divide the dough into 8 - 10 equal portions
Shape the dough roughly like a square and run a sharp knife over the formed pieces to form two deep cuts like a cross
Fry these in the oil till they are golden brown
Drain the excess oil from Vettu Cake with a paper towel
and Serve with hot tea
