  • black chana 1 cups

  • green chilly 3 nos

  • oil 2 tsp

  • mustard 1/4 tsp

  • asafoetida 1/4 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • coconut 1 cups

  • curry leaves 8 nos

Directions

    Soak The Chana For Five Hours. Rinse, Put Water And Cook In Pressure Cooker For Three Whistles. Make Seasoning.

    Add Mustard Seeds, As It Crackles Put Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Green Chilly And Curry Leaves.

    Now, Put The Cooked Chana Sans Water.

    Add Salt. Let The Flavours Imbibe.

    Put Coconut And Heat For Five Minutes.

    Black Chana Sundal Is Ready To Serve.
