Ingredients

  • 1 cups black chana


  • 3 nos green chilly


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp mustard


  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 cups coconut


  • 8 nos curry leaves

Directions

  • Soak The Chana For Five Hours. Rinse, Put Water And Cook In Pressure Cooker For Three Whistles. Make Seasoning.
  • Add Mustard Seeds, As It Crackles Put Asafoetida, Turmeric Powder, Green Chilly And Curry Leaves.
  • Now, Put The Cooked Chana Sans Water.
  • Add Salt. Let The Flavours Imbibe.
  • Put Coconut And Heat For Five Minutes.
  • Black Chana Sundal Is Ready To Serve.
