Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 ml nova toned milk


  • 3 tsp sugar


  • 2 nos bananas (small njalipoovan pazham)


  • 1/4 tsp instant coffee powder


  • 1 nos vanilla ice cream scoop


  • 1-3 tsp horlicks/boost

Directions

  • Mash up the frozen milk using a tawa or a chapathi roll
  • Slice the bananas into round slices
  • Add these to a blender
  • Also add half of mashed milk then the boost/horlics again add the left over mashed milk
  • Sprinkle a dash of instant coffee to,this is optional
  • Blend it for 2 minutes
  • Take tall glasses and first put some kismiss,then top it with the shake
  • Now last but the best,a generous scoop of ice cream on the top
  • Sprinkle some boost over the top, Tadaaa Yummy delicious Sharjah Shake alias Banana Shake Ready
