Buffalo Sauce 1 cups
Chicken, cooked and shredded 2 cups
Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded 2 1/2 cups
Scallons, chopped 1/4 cups
Pizza dough packages 2 nos
Unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cups
Ranch dressing for dipping(opt) 1 tsp
Green onion for garnish 2-3 nos
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Roll out dough and cut square pieces
Cut in to 15 pieces and arrange in 3 rows of 5
In a bowl, toss together chicken, scallons, buffalo sauce and half of the cheese.
Brush butter on an dough rectangle and begin to layer ingredients on top
Begin with buffalo chicken mix then sprinkle some cheese over it.
Repeat the process by stacking one on top of another.
Chicken side should be up
Brush inside of a loaf pan with melted butter.
Load the stacked pull bread into loaf pan
Brush with butter again
Bake for 40-50 minutes until desired browning is achieved.
Garnish with green onions and allow to cool
