Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Kappa or Tapioca 2 nos

  • Oil 3 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Water 4 tbsp

Directions

    Peel off the outer cover of the tapioca

    Cut the kappa or tapioca into small round thin pieces

  • 03

    This can be done using a slicer

  • 04

    Place a thick bottomed pan on the stove and switch on the stove

  • 05

    Add oil to it

  • 06

    Mix salt and water and keep it aside

  • 07

    When the oil is heated up, add the tapioca pieces to it and fry it until all the water content in it is evaporated

    Stir continuously

  • 09

    Reduce the flame and drain the excess oil

  • 10

    Now add salt mixed in water into it

  • 11

    Again, allow all the water to evaporate

  • 12

    Then take it out on a plate
