    Mix the basen,ginger,curry leaves,green chilles,chilli powder,salt and onions very well

    Add little water and make it like a thick batter for idlis

    Slice the onions thinely

  • 04

    Heat oil in a pan and make the onions in to the shape of ball and fry it in the oil

  • 05

    Fry until golden brown colour is obtained

  • 06

    Now the ulli vada is ready
