Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 nos onion


  • 1 cups basen/kadalamav


  • 2-3 nos green chillies


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp ginger chopped


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 2-3 nos green chillies


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 300 ml oil

Directions

  • Mix the basen,ginger,curry leaves,green chilles,chilli powder,salt and onions very well
  • Add little water and make it like a thick batter for idlis
  • Slice the onions thinely
  • Heat oil in a pan and make the onions in to the shape of ball and fry it in the oil
  • Fry until golden brown colour is obtained
  • Now the ulli vada is ready
