Ingredients

Serves 4

  • cauliflower 1 nos

  • Corn Flour 4 tbsp

  • Maida 2 tbsp

  • Rice Flour 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Pepper Powder 1 pinch

  • Oil, for frying 2 cups

  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp

  • Cooking Soda 1 pinch

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

Directions

    Add the cauliflower pieces along with water with salt in a pan and boil

  • 02

    Combine all the other ingredients with little water to a thick batter

  • 03

    Add the cauliflower pieces and mix well so that each piece is evenly coated with the batter

  • 04

    Keep aside for 20 minutes

  • 05

    Heat oil in a frying pan

  • 06

    Add the cauliflower pieces and fry till golden brown

  • 07

    Remove and drain excess oil

  • 08

    Serve hot
