Ingredients

onions,chopped 1 cups
tomatoes, blanched and chopped 1 kgs
sugar or to taste 500 gms
oil 2 tbsp
Udupi Ruchi garam masala 1 tsp
ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
vinegar 2 tbsp
salt or to taste 1 tsp
Directions
Heat oil in a pan
Add brown onions and ginger-garlic paste to it and cook until they are brown
Add tomatoes, sugar, salt, chilli powder and garam masala and cook to a thick consistency
Add vinegar and simmer for about 5 minutes
When cool, pack in an airtight clean jar and store
