Grease a tray and keep it aside
Get rid of lumps by sifting the flour
In a heavy bottom pan take sugar and water enough to immerse it
Boil this until 1 string consistency,now keep the flame in medium when syrup is nearing its stage
Add the flour slowly stirring continuously
Mix until smooth,the flame should be always in medium
Mix ghee and oil and start adding ghee slowly like 2-3 tbsp at a time
Stir until the ghee mixes and then add the next tbsp of ghee repeat the process until ghee is finished
When the colur changes to plae and frothy here and there,when it becomes completly frothy,there will be a pleasant smell along with smell of ghee
Add the sugar granules now and mix quickly
Pour this to the greased tray and level it
Sprinkle some sugar if you desire
Wait until warm and cut into required shape
Let it cool naturally
Soft,melt mysore pak is ready now
Garnish with chopped almonds
