Ingredients

Serves 4

  • mushroom 250 gms

  • Fennel Seeds 1/2 tsp

  • onion 1 nos

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Curry leaves 1 sprig

  • Oil 5 tbsp

  • tomato 1 nos

  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

  • Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander powder 2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan and splutter fennel seeds

  • 02

    Add sliced onion and curry leaves

  • 03

    Cook with the pan covered and stir for 10 min

  • 04

    Add sliced tomato and saute till it becomes soft and oil starts appearing on the sides of the pan

  • 05

    Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min

  • 06

    Add all masala, salt and saute for 2min

  • 07

    Add mushroom and mix well so that the mushroom get coated with the masala

  • 08

    Cook with the pan covered in medium till mushroom is cooked well

  • 09

    Serve hot
