Roast poha and oats separately over a medium flame until crisp,use 2 tsp of oil to help roast better,also roast the sesame seeds
Now add one tbsp of oil in the same pan and saute the peanuts until brown
Chop the green chillies into small pieces,Set aside all the fried items
Heat the remaining oil in a pan
When it is hot, add turmeric powder and asafoetida,followed by the curry leaves
Add channa dalia and cashewnuts and saute until they turn reddish
Add the chillies and fry again for some time,Add the sesame seeds
Finally, add the oats, poha and all the fried ingredients together and mix
Add salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, sugar and toss gently
Serve hot
