Ingredients

  • Ingredients Thoor dhal ( thuvaram paruppu ) 1 cups

  • Bengal gram (Kadalai paruppu) 1/4 cups

  • Pepper 1 tbsp

  • Asafoetida (perungaayam) 1/4 tsp

  • Red chilly 10 nos

  • Salt,to taste 1 pinch

  • Gingely oil (nallennai) 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Roast all ingredients without salt in a pan till they turn golden brown.

  • 02

    Roast salt separately in a pan.

  • 03

    Grind all the above in a mixer grinder.
