Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cups ingredients thoor dhal ( thuvaram paruppu )


  • 1/4 cups bengal gram (kadalai paruppu)


  • 1 tbsp pepper


  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida (perungaayam)


  • 10 nos red chilly


  • 1 pinch salt,to taste


  • 1/2 tsp gingely oil (nallennai)

Directions

  • Roast all ingredients without salt in a pan till they turn golden brown.
  • Roast salt separately in a pan.
  • Grind all the above in a mixer grinder.
