1 cups ingredients thoor dhal ( thuvaram paruppu )
1/4 cups bengal gram (kadalai paruppu)
1 tbsp pepper
1/4 tsp asafoetida (perungaayam)
10 nos red chilly
1 pinch salt,to taste
1/2 tsp gingely oil (nallennai)
Directions
Roast all ingredients without salt in a pan till they turn golden brown.
Roast salt separately in a pan.
Grind all the above in a mixer grinder.
