Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Aval 1 1/2 cups

  • Ghee 1/3 cups

  • Cardamom 3 nos

  • raisins 1 1/2 tbsp

  • Powdered Sugar 1/3 cups

Directions

    Dry roast the aval until its starts to become brown in color

  • 02

    Grind it to fine powder along with the cardamom seeds

  • 03

    Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the raisins

  • 04

    Reduce the flame and add the powdered aval and mix well and switch of the stove

  • 05

    Add powdered sugar and mix well

  • 06

    Make it to ladoos when the mixture is still warm
