SYRUP: Heat water and sugar in a pan and bring it to boil
Stir until sugar dissolves. Turn off and set aside
JAMUN: Mix milk powder, all purpose flour, baking soda, cardamom in a bowl
Add cream and mix it well
Dough should be very soft and sticking to fingers. Cover and set aside for 10minutes
Knead the dough and divide it to 15 parts and roll them to round balls
Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium heat. Oil in pan should be enough to dip the balls
Place the jamuns in frying pan
It should be about 7 minutes to fry i.e until brown colour
Let the jamuns cool off for a few minutes before placing them to hot syrup
Jamuns should sit in syrup for at least 20 minutes before serving
Garnish it with crushed almonds
