FOR MARINATION:Chicken 1/2 kgs
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Curd 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder 2 tsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
For Seasoning:Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
Dry Red Chilly 4 nos
Curry Leaves 3 sprig
Coriander Leaves-Chopped-handful 1 nos
Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp
Marinate chicken pieces with ingredients under FOR MARINATION
Let it rest for 2 hrs minimum in fridge
Deep fry it in hot oil until properly cooked.
Heat 2 tbsp oil from the chicken fried oil.
Add Minced garlic and saute for a minute.
Add splitted dry red chilly and curry leaves.
Add tomato ketchup and fry the pieces well
Mix them well and switch off flame
Add coriander leaves to garnish and serve hot
