Ingredients

  • FOR MARINATION:Chicken 1/2 kgs

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Curd 2 tbsp

  • Kashmiri Chilly powder 2 tsp

  • Flour 1 tbsp

  • Corn Flour 1 tbsp

  • For Seasoning:Minced Garlic 1 tbsp

  • Dry Red Chilly 4 nos

  • Curry Leaves 3 sprig

  • Coriander Leaves-Chopped-handful 1 nos

  • Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    Marinate chicken pieces with ingredients under FOR MARINATION

  • 02

    Let it rest for 2 hrs minimum in fridge

  • 03

    Deep fry it in hot oil until properly cooked.

  • 04

    Heat 2 tbsp oil from the chicken fried oil.

  • 05

    Add Minced garlic and saute for a minute.

  • 06

    Add splitted dry red chilly and curry leaves.

  • 07

    Add tomato ketchup and fry the pieces well

  • 08

    Mix them well and switch off flame

  • 09

    Add coriander leaves to garnish and serve hot
