Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1/2 kgs for marination:chicken


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 2 tsp kashmiri chilly powder


  • 1 tbsp flour


  • 1 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 tbsp for seasoning:minced garlic


  • 4 nos dry red chilly


  • 3 sprig curry leaves


  • 1 nos coriander leaves-chopped-handful


  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

Directions

  • Marinate chicken pieces with ingredients under FOR MARINATION
  • Let it rest for 2 hrs minimum in fridge
  • Deep fry it in hot oil until properly cooked.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil from the chicken fried oil.
  • Add Minced garlic and saute for a minute.
  • Add splitted dry red chilly and curry leaves.
  • Add tomato ketchup and fry the pieces well
  • Mix them well and switch off flame
  • Add coriander leaves to garnish and serve hot
