Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Pork 450 gms

  • Onions chopped 250 gms

  • Ginger crushed 1 tbsp

  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp

  • Green Chilly split 3 nos

  • Curry leaves 2 sprig

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Coriander powder 4 tsp

  • Hot chilly powder 2 tsp

  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • coconut oil 3 tbsp

  • Black pepper powder(optional) 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Mix all the ingredients in a pressure cooker

  • 02

    Add a cup of water to the mix and cook for two whistles or until cooked

  • 03

    Open the cooker after the pressure is released

  • 04

    Heat the mixture and cook again in a open pan.

  • 05

    Stir occasionally and cook until all the moisture disappears and the mixture is thick and well coated on the meat

  • 06

    Put off the flame when the oil starts separating from the mixture.

  • 07

    The final product should be brown in colour. Roast until you get that colour

  • 08

    Garnish with freshly sliced onions and serve with rice, roti etc
