  • 450 gms pork

  • 250 gms onions chopped

  • 1 tbsp ginger crushed

  • 1 tbsp garlic crushed

  • 3 nos green chilly split

  • 2 sprig curry leaves

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 4 tsp coriander powder

  • 2 tsp hot chilly powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala powder

  • 1 tsp salt to taste

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder(optional)


  • Mix all the ingredients in a pressure cooker
  • Add a cup of water to the mix and cook for two whistles or until cooked
  • Open the cooker after the pressure is released
  • Heat the mixture and cook again in a open pan.
  • Stir occasionally and cook until all the moisture disappears and the mixture is thick and well coated on the meat
  • Put off the flame when the oil starts separating from the mixture.
  • The final product should be brown in colour. Roast until you get that colour
  • Garnish with freshly sliced onions and serve with rice, roti etc
