Ingredients
Serves 3
Pork 450 gms
Onions minced 250 gms
Tomato minced 250 gms
Ginger paste 1 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 2 sprig
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Hot chilly powder 1-2 tsp
Coriander powder 5 tsp
Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
Fennel powder 1/2 tsp
salt to taste 1 tsp
Lemon extract 1 tsp
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Transfer the mix to a pressure cooker and pour a cup of water to it
Cook till two whistles or until it's cooked.
After the pressure is released completely , simmer till thick consistency is attained.
Serve it hot with chappathi , roti, appam, Idiyappam etc
