Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 450 gms pork


  • 250 gms onions sliced thick


  • 1 tbsp garlic crushed


  • 2 tsp chilly powder


  • 3 tbsp dark soy sauce


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1/4 tsp salt to taste


  • 1-2 tbsp sesame oil

Directions

  • Slice Pork To Stripes. Heat Oil In A Pan Preferably Iron Wok.
  • Fry Garlic And Pork In Hot Oil For Two Minutes In High Flame. Keep Stirring.
  • Add Chilly Powder, Sugar, Salt, Onion And Soy Sauce To The Stir Fried Pork.
  • Keep Stirring Until It's Cooked And Mixed Well.
  • Cook Until The Pork And Onions Are Cooked.
  • Serve Hot With Rice, Roti, Noodles Or Even As S Snack On Its Own.
  • Please Note To Cook In High Flame Through Out The Process.
