  • 2 cups macaroni

  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • 6 cups milk

  • 1 cups condensed milk

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powdered

  • 4 tsp ghee

  • 20 nos cashew nuts

  • 2 tbsp rose water

  • 20 nos dry grapes


  • Take water in a vessel and add the macronis in it
  • Cook the macaroni when cooked drain the excess water
  • In another pan boil milk and when it comes up and add sugar and stir it well
  • Add the cooked macaroni and again boil it for 10 minutes
  • Now add the condensed milk and stir well
  • Add cardamom powder,rose water and cook for 4-5 minutes and turn off the flame
  • For garnishing,heat ghee in pan and fry those cashew nuts and dried grapes and pour it on top of the payasam
  • Tasty Macroni Payasam is ready to be served
