Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Prawns cleaned 250 gms

  • Oil 6 tbsp

  • Curry leaves 1 sprig

  • Kashmiri Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Onion(Big) 2 nos

  • green chillies 3 nos

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp

  • To Marinate : Chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • Kashmiri Chilly Powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp

  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients to marinate. Add some water and make it to a paste

  • 02

    Add the cleaned and washed prawns to the mix.

    Marinate in fridge for 30 minutes

    Heat oil in a pan and roast the prawns until its golden brown in low flame

  • 05

    Remove it from pan

  • 06

    To the same pan add sliced onion and curry leaves

  • 07

    When onions turns golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and cook for 4-5 minutes

    Add kahmiri chili powder , coriander powder and turmeric powder and cook well

  • 09

    Add the roasted pan to the mixture

  • 10

    Add lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes

    Dish is ready to served
