Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms prawns cleaned


  • 6 tbsp oil


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilly powder


  • 2 nos onion(big)


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp to marinate : chilli powder


  • 1 tsp kashmiri chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients to marinate. Add some water and make it to a paste
  • Add the cleaned and washed prawns to the mix.
  • Marinate in fridge for 30 minutes
  • Heat oil in a pan and roast the prawns until its golden brown in low flame
  • Remove it from pan
  • To the same pan add sliced onion and curry leaves
  • When onions turns golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and cook for 4-5 minutes
  • Add kahmiri chili powder , coriander powder and turmeric powder and cook well
  • Add the roasted pan to the mixture
  • Add lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes
  • Dish is ready to served
