Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Pappad 6 nos

  • Onion chopped 2 nos

  • Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp

  • Green chilly 2 nos

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Grated coconut 2 tbsp

  • Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Dry red chilly 2 nos

  • Curry Leaves 1 sprig

  • garlic 2 nos

  • Coconut Oil 2 cups

Directions

  • 01

    Heat oil in a kadai, and crackle mustard seeds,add dry red chilly and curry leaves

  • 02

    In a bowl mix with your hand onion chopped, green chilly, grated coconut, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt

  • 03

    Now add this and cook until onions turn pink and soft

  • 04

    Finally add crushed garlic

  • 05

    Mix well

  • 06

    While serving make pappad's and mix
